I placed an order several months ago. It was delivered no problem. (They have UPS leave it at your door if you're not home, no signature required.) I place another order a few weeks ago. They sent me the UPS tracking number. I watched it. UPS said they left it at my front door but they never did. (My next door neighbor was home & didn't hear the truck.) I emailed them that very night. (No phone # to call.)
There customer service has been "jerking" me around for a couple of weeks now. (I work for a company that ships via UPS all the time, I know how the "system" works.
) I really want what I ordered. But I'm loosing patience and am so tempted to enter a chargeback w/ my credit card company.
So, anybody else order from them? How was your experience? Any lost packages?
