By the way.... YQE is for dining and the computer says 'add dining at no extra charge'. BUT.... It's not calculating that way, so they are getting a supervisor now. Free dining or BUST!!!

how funny! I'm talking w/ a cm... got all the details from her... told her to change my package and then her computer pooped out.

I'm back on hold. OMG... my nerves are shot! What if she comes back and says Sorry but as you were on hold all package discounts were sold out.

Wait, that's not funny! OY! My head is starting to hurt.
All of this waiting and nail biting, lack of sleep is for $200.

Ok, she just came on to tell me she's still working on guest services to change my packaged! Boy, I wouldn't want to be a cm today~ what a long day ahead of them!

That's weird..people have already gotten it applied to their current ressies...call back and try again.

Mary at Mousesavers indicated some current reservations would not be able to have the discount applied. I'm thinking that will be the case for our time period.

I think she/he means that their resort is booked full for that time period and there are no discounts left to be available.
