Ok, she just came on to tell me she's still working on guest services to change my packaged! Boy, I wouldn't want to be a cm today~ what a long day ahead of them!

Mine was applied to current reservations also. Kept same confirmation number.

Mary at Mousesavers indicated some current reservations would not be able to have the discount applied. I'm thinking that will be the case for our time period.

I think she/he means that their resort is booked full for that time period and there are no discounts left to be available.
