happens when you hire equipment etc. We have hired a hoist and shower chair but was wondering where the rental company deliver the equipment to because our flight doesn't get in until around 5pmso by the time we collect the car offsite and check-in it could be about 7 pm. Do they keep it in a store room until you arrive or will they allow the hire company to put it in the room. We are staying at SSR. thanks

Who did you rent from? most companies will drop it off at the hotel bell services. ug:

We have never rented any, but I have seen equipment being stored by bell services. Check with the place you are renting from, but that is the place that makes the most sense for them to deliver it to.
