I can't figure out if I was given a discount or not. With the spring offer, it seemed to be about $30 per adult. Anybody know what it is for summer?

To get an idea I looked at the current sale and used the figures from that to "guesstimate" what it would be.

I don't have exact numbers because they just gave me a total price. But I priced the room w/ discount individually and subtracted that from the total. It ended up being still cheaper to get the tix from Undercover Tourist so we're going to do that.

I called this morning and changed by RO room reservation to the Visa discounted room but I can't get the numbers to work out for me. The CM said I couldn't get discount for the night of the 14th and if the is true then I got the tickets, 6-day hopper, for $299.82 which is a big savings. If I got the night of the 14th discounted, then the tickets were $343.44 which is about what UT sales them for. If I figure this out before someone else lets you know I will get back to you. I wish Disney would send you a itemized reservation confirmation.

I think they are about $15 savings per person but not 100% sure on that.
My thoughts are that they are trying to match some of the ticket brokers so that people buy the packages instead of room only / tickets sepaately

I just called to apply the discount. My room only at CBR for 13 ngts. July 14th to July 27th is $2,293, that is 20% off. Then added a 5 day base and the total was $3,383.40. So the 5 day tickets are $1,090.20 that's with tax. It's seems like you are saving around $50. Undercover Tourist with Mousesavers discount is 1,038.96. That is still $51.24 savings through Undercover Tourist. So right now I just have a room only reservation and I could add tickets later or get them from Undercover Tourist.

OP here- It's disappointing that the discount for tickets isn't as good as the spring offer one.

I feel the same way. The spring offer was better! But I am still happy to get some kind of discount. I will probably get the tickets from UC, because I will save $51 even from Disney's discounted tickets.

Is that $50 total for 3 or 4 adult tickets?

It's $40-50 for 4 adult tickets (park hopper + water park). Not much but 50 bucks is 50 bucks.

BTW folks,if you ask CRO to give you the price breakout they certainly will. Make sure the $ add up. The CRO gal I spoke with initially had our dates off by one day and then forgot to apply the room discount once we decided to purchase the discounted tickets as well. :bitelip:

Called CRO and the CM said "they couldn't break it down for me because it's a package":scratchin. Uh yes you can but it's fine, it was late and she probably just wanted to go home. But I did find out that I did get the discount for the night of the 14th so I got 4 - 6day PH tickets that (according to my math) came to $343.44 a piece so about the same as UT. I probably should have just done the room only then added tickets later. Either way it is fine cause I am excited that I got 30% off Cont!!:dance3:
