Hi all!
I wonder if you can help? I sold a bracelet to a woman in the shop on Friday - today she has bought it back because she decided that she didn't need it anymore! I said that I would offer her a credit note but not a refund as there was nothing wrong with it, however she started to kick off in the shop so I said ok I will do it this time but in future it's credit note or nothing.
I can't find anything online regarding this kind of thing but is it ok to say that? Obviously if the item was faulty then I would give the money back but what's to say that she didn't buy it on Friday wear it on Saturday and then bring it back?
Any advice is much welcomed!
Thanks
