Anybody know anything about Grad Bash?

Wondering if any teachers, parents, or students out there have any experience with Grad Bash at Universal. DH will be chaperoning eighth graders from his school this Friday. We haven't been to US/IOA in years-- DH is not sure if he will be at one park or the other or both. Anything he should expect at the event? Anything he should be sure to try out? Best options for a few teachers to get a decent meal at the event? Thanks!
