Anybody have experience with Mason Title?

Hi everyone, anyone have recent experience with Mason Title? Are the fees comparable to others? How is the service? The lead loan officer is Cammy Smith... ironically enough, she was my agent when I had my last contract with Fidelity and it wasn't good. Any insight would be most appreciated!

I closed July 12th on a Poly contract. Both Mason and Cammy were fantastic. I’ve only ever used Mason on my 2 resale contracts, so fees I can’t say, but they seemed inline with what others have posted. But they were fast and always provided information about the process. I highly recommend them.

I just had four recent sales through Mason and they are fantastic!! I can't say enough great things about Cammy!

I just closed on a contract through Mason Title in July. Cammy was very responsive. Closing costs were $527 for a 100 point contract.

I have used Mason Title and Cammy with good results although it was with The Timeshare store and not fidelity

I have used Mason title and Cammy Smith for both of my resale purchases. The 1st time with the Timeshare Store and the second with Fidelity. I actually requested Mason title and Cammy Smith when I put my offer in with Fidelity because of the super service I received the 1st time!!

I have used them for some of my contracts and had no problems with them. They were responsive when I called and seemed to do just as good a job as any others.

Majority of our files are closed using Mason Title. IMO they are the best in the business. Cammy and Marcelo are extremely responsive to clients and do everything they can to get files closed ASAP.

My most recent add on in Feb. (I think) was w/ TSS & Mason w/ Tammy - no problems whatsoever.
