Any help on where to get the best deal?

You will be a rare item if you can get a credit card I have had an american bank account for over 6 years and can't get one they will give you a bank card that is a debit card attached to an account but as for a credit card I think it s a no goer for aliens

I read in the Times last week that you can get a USD or Euro credit card, if for example you have a business, villa etc in the states, from HSBC. There was another company but can't remeber it right now.
