I know you didn't ask for a tip concerning weather, but we went during the
4th of July week in 2002 and we were caught off guard with down pouring rain! Not on the 4th, but earlier in the week. So bring those ponchos!
Plus, we went to MK on the 4th and loved it! Depends on how much you like crowds I guess. I've also been in MK on Christmas day.
Now that's nothing compared to the 4th of July!
