DH is totally in love with the Lighthouse Key Resort http://www.lighthousekeyresortorlando.com/ but we're still looking for other options.

The Lighthouse Key resort looks lovely, I hadn't heard of it until I read your post.
We are renting a pool home in Windsor Hills this January, first time for us as we usually stay on-site.

Lighthouse Key Resort and Runaway Beach Club are both pretty new and have great reviews. Cypress Pointe and Vacation Village at Parkway are two that my clients have liked alot as well.

We own at HGVC SeaWorld, and both that location and the one on International Drive are very nice.
Floridays and The Fountains are two others to consider.

There are lots of options, and depending on your dates you can get some really good deals.

Yeah, I was just on the Floridays website and I like that one. I'm also really liking Vista Cay.

There are also a couple of new resorts down the 192 - Coral Cay Resort and Bella Vida. Still very close to both Disney and Universal

Coral Cay Resort is fully complete but I think Bella Vida may still have construction going on.

We had a look around Floridays back in February and it has lovely condos but we prefer townhomes/villas.

Marriott's Grande Vista is a beautiful resort and so is Wyndham's Bonnet Creek (next door to the Caribbean Beach Resort.) Would highly recommend both.
