Anybody got advice on getting glitter to stick to letters? (more)

I cut out some letters using Sizzix then, I put stick glue on them and sprinkled with glitter. However, when I ran the letters through the xyron machine most of the glitter came off. So, does anyone have some easy tricks?

maybe run the letter throught the zyron first -
peal off just the topplastic leaving the backing - then do the glitter thing -
or you might be able to try a spray adhesive over the top to make it stick -

I used double sided sticky tape stuff when I made mine - it come in sheets and rolls - the FAT roll was just the right size for my alphas -
unfortunately the name of it escapes me this morning -

I have put my letters in the zyron backwards (not on purpose) so maybe you can run them in with the glittter-want-to-be side down on the sticky then add glitter then run then up side.

Have you tried those double sided sticky sheets? You can find them at most LSS. It makes it much easier and they do go through the sizzix.
