According to my boss, John, very no frills!

They don't even have monitors to watch anything! So if you have children, bring along something to keep them occupied!

Also he mentioned that it is easier to get out of airport!

My sister flew them in January. We have done No-Frills several times out of Buffalo, AirTran and Southwest. And she was very disapointed. You had to pay extra for any beverage except water, the flight had a 2 hour delay, the bathrooms had no running water so the flight attendants were giving out hand sanitizer.

She said never again.

Also the price. It was almost $500. She could have gone Southwest for half that but needed to come in to Toronto.
