Anybody familiar with E-Z rental car?

I'm planning on renting a car for 11 days and so far EZ is way cheaper than anyone else. I dont' want to spend a lot because I don't plan on doing a lot of driving but want the convenience.

Does anyone have any experience with them? They are 2 miles from the airport and supposedly has a shuttle. Do they do free shuttles?

Any input would be appreciated.
