Anybody ever take the carriage ride?

My DD(7) LOVES horses. She is too young to go horseback riding--although she has been taking lessons at home for almost 1 year. I have a ressie for the Carriage Ride leaving from Port Orl--Riverside. Has anyone else done this with families? Any input, info, suggestions?

DH and I did the carriage ride at POR in Feb 04 for my extravagant birthday trip. We rode with Becky and horse Ike. Rode about POR and almost all the way to POFQ. Very pleasant. Blanket available, we drank a bottle of champange. Here's my tip: don't leave YOUR camera at home on the kitchen table!!!

we did the carriage ride last year from port orleans we loved it well worth it we went all round the grounds it was a lovely sunset evening really great go for it
