The music service?

Do you know how I can download a song from the service in an mp3 format?

I just purchased Photoshow, and would like to use my own music, but for the life of me - I don't know how to convert these files to mp3's.

TIA
Beth

I just bought photoshow too! I have down loaded files from Match box. and also some music from their free trial site, emusic. Not a great selection but 100 free.
Have you had any problems with your slide shows? I ran into one. I made a show had music set and burned the cd. Then ran it on my mom's PC which has a slower drive and the music didnt' match up anymore and about 5 pics didnt' have music.
But for the most part I love the program!

Thanks for your response, Spinning.

You're way ahead of me. I just purchased this thing about an hour and a half ago, and I'm just now emailing out my first show. I'm anxious to hear if it works for everybody....

I thought about subscribing to their music service - but I hate to, since I'm already paying for Rhapsody...

You will or should get a link that will give you 100 free down loads. They do have one Disney song, Cinderella waltz or sleeping beauty. It is under sound tracks and others then look under children.
The email slide shows work great. Just can take time to down load them!

They sent me an email after I sent mine... I guess as a confirmation, and gave me the option to watch it.

It ended up playing it in a "window" surrounded my a lot of advertisements for the product.

Is that how my recipients saw it - instead of full-screen?

Someone on the DVC board posted a URL to one - and it was full screen.

I was a little bit disappointed with mine, as some of my text in the opening credits was cut off to accomodate the size of the "window."

Just curious... Next time, I'll have to send it to myself, also.

yes, as far as I can tell the email is always surrounded by lots of junk. But if you upload the slide show to your own web site I think then it is full size. But when you burn a CD it is full size.
It really is a great little program I think for the price. You just have to figure out some of the quirks. I am burning a class CD right now and I set the music in sink with 5 seconds then I change the speed to 3 seconds when I burn. That seems to have the music match up better for the slower PC's.
