It is November 29th, that is all, November 29th and we have already had 8 inches of snow.
What is up with that?
For the past several years we hadn't seen a flake by Christmas. But this year No. Snow, snow and more snow on Saturday or Sunday to come!
You would think I was living in Canada or at least the Northern Kingdom of Vermont.

Gosh Darn Winter Wonderlad

it's too early

But the pic is pretty.

Is it to early, this is the end of Nov.? I agree, I don't think we should be getting it but we have no control over it. :D

That is a pretty pic! I can only remember having one or two real "snows", growing up in SC. Even those were probably only a couple of inches that actually stuck. It was a wonderland to us though!
I love the look of snow, but I'm a wimp when the temps dip below 50.
;)

Im with you betz, Yuk Yuk Yuk!!! And to think, we can possibly have 4 more full months of this crap! I like a few little flurries on Christmas Eve, and then Im ready to move onto spring. I definitely shouldnt be living here.
However, I have to admit, we just finished putting up our tree and we had a fire going in the fireplace, Christmas music on, and seeing the white outside, really did seem to go along with the mood. But I would like it gone first thing in the morning. ;)

Great photo, very pretty. But, I'm very glad all of that snow is at your house and not at my house :)

Cold! and Snow! Cold! and Snow! Cold! and Snow! Thats all I hear from the weather report.

Where the heck is the gulf stream? What ever happened to global warming? Just when you think Mass is going to be a tropical state.

I have to go shopping for a winter coat, haven't worn one in years. The moth eat them up a couple of years ago and haven't had to replace them. I'm thinkng something with a warm fur lining. Maybe a back brace too with all this shoveling.

My February Disney Trip can't come to soon.

No snow here. HOWEVER we are under a winter storm watch for an expected 5-11" !!!

It's currently 46 degrees here in Virginia.

Tomorrow's forcast: Partly cloudy. A 30 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. Breezy. Highs in the lower 50s. West winds 10 to 20 mph.

I know sooner or later Mother Nature will catch up with us down here. As long as you are making her feel at home up there, she just might want to stay on with you for the entire winter!

Maybe you'll luck out and get an early Spring. I remember snow from November through February when I was a kid.

You can send some of the snow to Colorado. We had freezing rain and then a little snow but it has been really dry here, hardly any rain this summer and we were on water restrictions. Just so we don't get snow when I am to leave for the Rose Bowl Parade.

We had snow in the mountains but not much in the lower elevations of Colorado Springs.

Actually we've barely gotten anything. If we do it is no different than the rest of the northern States.

I agree, betz! We've been spoiled the last two years with mild winters. Let's hope the current conditions are not a forecast for the winter to come! I can only handle snow on Christmas Eve for the ambience of it! :) Yes, I am a winter wimp.

I should move to FLA! However, DH hates the hot weather and only endures it while in Disney. Here at home in the summer he lives indoors with our central a/c which he turns on in April!!!!!

Reading the DIS boards keeps the warmth alive through memories of WDW.

Please send the snow here AFTER we get back from Dis Con!!! I'm with Eros
LET IT SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I have been declared a wimp. sniff sniff

I can handle being called a wimp if I get to pout on a nice warm beach somewhere.

Nah, snow is fine for a month, maybe two. After that, I want to be warm. :teeth:
