i've been having trouble since the weekend viewing any of mine, even if I put in the reservation number it says that it doesn't exist. Anyone else have this problem right now?
I was having problems all day, Today was my 180 days and I was only able to get one day of ADR's made finally around noon I was able to make all of my ADR's but couldn't view any of them. I put one of the confirmation numbers in and they all appeared and disappeared, I do believe they are having system problems. One minute they are there the next they aren't.
I am having trouble all day as well trying to book reservations. It makes me sign in several time and then it gives me and error and I can't book anything! It has to be something wrong with the system!
A couple months ago I was able to see everything online, and now it says I don't have any reservations, either hotel or restaurant. When I search for "missing" reservations, they can't be located. I called the reservations phone number to confirm at least one restaurant, and the reservation still exists. Its a little nerve wracking; I hope they get it fixed!
Yesterday I had no problem viewing all of my ADRs for both my May 2 week trip and my August trip. Today nothing shows up. It always seems just when I praise how well the system is working, it does something crazy. I'll keep my mouth shut next time it does a good job. I'm glad I have all of my numbers!!
I'm ok viewing my reservations but I am having trouble making them and finding someone with a consistant answer about when they 180 days begins and when ADRs can be made...frustrating!
It's working again -- at least for me. I just logged in and pulled up all of my reservations for TWO trips. I pulled up my DVC reservations (both May and August) and all of my ADRs. I printed a full copy just in case it goes crazy again. OP try again.

Hi, I am new at DD reservations, I know there are tech probs on the Disney site but am I right in going to the Manage Your Reservation page, putting in my 10 digit number from Complete Orlando and personal details? I wasn't sure what else to look under, it lets me in if I try and log in to the Online check in page! TIA, Debs xx

I was, but it works for me now. That sounds exactly what I was experiencing (told I had none), but it's working for me. I use IE, someone posted that made a different to them.
