Anybody else having trouble getting into MS?

According to the members web site, today is the day you can call in for the special seating at the Disney Christmas TV taping, that's what is probably causing the problems:

To register to be part of the live audience for this segment taping, call Member Services at (800) ******** beginning on Friday, Nov. 10. (When prompted, press 3 and then 3 again.) Space is limited, so Member Services will register interested Members and their parties on a first-call, first-served basis beginning on Nov. 10. Please note that, if you arrive late on the day of the taping, you may lose your spot in the viewing area.

I called right at 9am and it took 25 minutes to get through to MS. I hope they finish taking reservations for the TV taping today because I have to call again tomorrow for the next night of my day-by-day reservation and I really don't want to wait so long on hold again tomorrow. Yikes!
