Anybody Else have Flatulent Dogs?

No, but I have a Flatulent Sister!:scared1:
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I'm sure she's love you sharing that!
Yes. We have two. But the Boston is by FAR the gassiest of the two... I have tried a few different foods.... Am currently trying Rachel Ray's new food. We'll see how that goes. peee ewww.
I'm curious about her dog food. I can't find it around here yet though.

And yes, our dog passes the occassionally toot, then she jumps up and runs from it:rotfl2: . She also burps a lot. She's more of a burper than a pooter though.

My girls are worse than my boy. They'll burn the hair out of your nose. :scared:

Pure pureed pumpkin may also help (good for lots of tummy issues).

But, alas, for us it doesn't work.

Include my dogs. Like a PP here with pugs, my three pugs can 'light up' a room. :rolleyes1

One of them is like a 'whoppee cushion' when I go to pick him up. :rotfl: All three 'let loose' while going up stairs.

It's the SBD's that are the worst though.

Owned two beagles in my lifetime, and they are known for that, so yep. Strange thing though one of cats, Missy is famous for that to. Unusual for cats as far as I know. Can't believe I am discussing flatulence on a website. Not like me to discuss this in public let alone on the computer.

One of our cats is a little....ummm..."aromatic" sometimes.

agnes!

Every dog I've ever owned has let one loose at one time or another. Just noise.... no smell. UNTIL the German Short-haired Pointer arrived last year. No noise .... eye-watering smell. His nickname is Swamp Butt.

I don't have a gassy dog but I do have a gassy cat!!! :scared1:

He is so gross sometimes, he can clear the room out. When every one leaves he just looks at you like "what did I do?"

We have a very gassy boxer. Hers are loud too. When she hears them she turns around like she's looking to see who made that noise. They echo on the wood floors...

Eragon is a good old fashioned I don't know. He is about knee height with perky ears, reddish brown fur, and a rough around his neck. I was told part collie, but he doesn't really look the part other than the ruff. Some have suggested Sheltie. Matthias (who was pooting non stop one night while sleeping on my lap) is a half dachshund half Jack Russell Terrier.

My two cats are also rather odiferous at times, but not too gassy. Just don't let them stick their butts in your face! My family agrees they have the smelliest butts of all the cats, and like to stick them right in yoru face.

We have a flatulent Golden and a flatulent coon hound......and one of our favorite children's stories is Walter the F**ting Dog...... (not sure if that is a banned word)......great story of heroism and flatulence! Who knew the two went together so very well?

try a Rottweiler! That dog can clear out a room in 3 seconds flat lol. He also has reflux. I've switched food brands several times, doesn't help even with the lamb and natural types. When ds was about 10 he thought tieing an air freshener to his butt would help. Only problem was his tail is docked and there's nothing to tie it to lol!

I think my labs know I'm reading this thread. They were both smell-less until a few minutes ago, now the room reeks. :scared1: Lots of SBD sharing going on here tonight!

Two outa two dogs here are "flatulent":rotfl2: The boxer/lab a little more than the terrier mix. But then again, they both love refried beans:lmao:

Our lab used to fart at night so bad, it would wake me up. :scared: She would even try to leave the room to get away from it, but I wouldn't let her. DH always just laughed cause his allergies are so bad, he rarely smells anything.

Our dear yellow lab likes to sleep under our bed. Most of the time it is great - until he lets one loose. He can wake me out of a sound sleep! Yuck!:scared1:

Whats funny about my pugs..most are SBD, but occasionally you will hear a PFFT sound...and then noxious fumes insue..

Best part is now we have all tile floors, and when the dogs are lying on the floor, you sometimes get them rumbling on the floor..LOL

My one female is also a burper...an NASTY liquidy type burp too..
