You have been visiting illegal websites. From CIA.gov. Then it says to download the attached list in a zip file and answer the questions.
1. I don't visit illegal websites.
2. I have a Mac which does not accept zip files.
3. The CIA wouldn't send you an email if they found you visiting illegal websites, they would knock on your door.

SCAM! Do not click on any link that you get from this email. I remember reading about this a month or so ago.

This time of the year there are more than ever. All are scams. DO NOT OPEN THEM - just delete them. I have received quite a few of them last month and this month so far. We just have to be on our toes all the time.

This from the actual CIA website:

you receive unsolicited e-mail appearing to be from the CIA, like the recent e-mail falsely attributed to our public affairs office, the message is fake. The CIA never sends unsolicited e-mail to the public. If you are not expecting an e-mail from us, delete it. Do not open any attachment; it may contain malicious code that could damage your computer or mail itself to people in your e-mail address book.

It's a virus. I got a few of them in my regular inbox until I started having them sent to my spam box. I've gotten many more of the same thing.
