I have been getting SPAM email for the past month (about 10-12 every day) all coming from Disney Distinations. I have been working with a couple of people in the fraud department at Disney Destinations for the past month trying to see what is going on.
The first one that I got was offering me the $500 merchandise card for $395/$600 for $425 or $1000 for $750. I jumped on it just to be told that this was a spam (what???

I had gotten this offer in 2009 for my trip and was sooo excited). Then I got a couple with a PIN code for different offers for for Oct-Dec (I also jumped on those since I was planning a trip in December) but was certain when I called that it was not going to be valid since the fall PINs normally don't come out till sometime in the summer....I was right
I was sooo happy to get this email today so I finally understood what was going on .
Thank goodness I called Disney Destinations directly each time I got one of these spam emails instead of clicking on any of the links in the emails.
Be careful Disboard friends, hope this helps us all stay email safe
