We stayed at the Grove Park Inn in Dec of last year. It is very nice and very busy at that time of year. We got 2 rooms next to each other and they were very small. We ended up in the main area and as I understand it, the rooms are smaller there. It is fun to do but I won't waste my points again. We used a lot of points for 2 nights, 2 rooms. It was something special to do and I am glad we did it once but not again. It is really decorated at Christmas and the Biltmore is wonderful at that time of year. We got our request with the first call, no waiting to hear.
