Which park should we go to? We are planning to sleep in that day after a late night at MAGIC! Any suggestions? There are 3 kids (10, 7 & 5) and 2 adults.

water park?

MGM?

both?

thanks!

I haven't been to WDW on Memorial Day but I have been to Disneyland (several years ago) on Memorial Day and it was a mad house! Wall to Wall people, no kidding. Is there a possibility you could turn in a little earlier than planned the night before and get an early start on Memorial day and leave the park when it gets too busy? Honestly if you sleep in, and wait to go into a park late, then my guess is you're going to be fighting crowds. According to Allearsnet Memorial Day weekend is high attendance. Typically MGM's busy days are Sunday and Wednesday, MK's busy days are Mon, Thurs, Sat.

Or take your chances at the water park. My guess is that would be less crowded but maybe someone else who has actually been during that weekend will post their experience.

hth!

I was actually at MK on Memorial Day in 2004 - the crowds were VERY manageble - we finished out the evening with ERide Night - which was great (sad to see that go).

In 2003, we were at MK the Saturday before Memorial Day - what a zoo - I'd never do that again!

We have been to WDW 3 of the last 4 years during Memorial Day. Monday is usually very crowded and we go to MGM early and leave mid-day to do things at the resort. As long as you go into it knowing that it will be crowded, you'll be fine. Obviously, it can't be too bad because we keep going back for more! :teeth:

Enjoy your trip!
