Thought I would post here and hopefully get some advice. My hubby has a possibility of taking a job down at Barksdale AFB. We don't know anything about that area. How is the cost of living? Where do most military families live? We would want a newer 3-4 bedroom home in a good area, but not to far from the base. How are public schools? Any advice would be appreciated, the Chief will be calling my hubby back soon. Thanks, Jennifer
