Any word on Pop Century?

My goal is to stay there opening night. Anyone hear anything about it?

I think most of us only want to hear about the taking down of those cut outs and tacky phrases, replaced by attractive, Disney-themed images...

I heard it was declared a sight hazard and Disney won't open due to potential lawsuits.

It doesn't seem any more flambouyant to me then the AS's. I was hoping it might be even nicer with a lake there. Caught a glimpse of it over the summer when we were at CBR. It seems like such a waste sitting there.

Yes, but only if those big stupid phrases fell off and landed at the bottom of the lake

But seriously.....I know there are alot of people out there that think Pop Century is kinda cool.....and really do want to stay there.
Hey, that is fine!!! That just means there will be better availability at the other resorts for me

Oh wow! I can't wait for it to open. Sure, its ugly and not very Disney like but who cares? not me. It is another place to stay to me.

Seriously, this is the first time I would be able to say I was there for the opening of.......

Being one of the first guests is neat to me.

And, yes, if it closes right away, I will be able to say I Was There!
