Any weddings affected by hurricane??

I just heard on the news that Disney closed today due to Hurricane Wilma! I really pray this did not affect anyone's weddings today or tomorrow. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in Florida who will be affected. Just wanted to share that sad news.

same here! i remember how awful it was when i was out there last year when they closed disney! Hopefully it didnt affect anyones wedding!

we were originally going to WDW on sunday, sept. 26th last year but hurricane jeane was going to show up that day so we had to leave the day before. we were stuck in the room we were sharing with rob's parents while jeane paid a visit. we went to orange county's court house the next day to get our license but the place was closed. so after the rehearsal the day for our wedding, we were at osceola's court house for over an hour waiting to get our license. out wedding wasn't completely affected by hurricane jeane but i'm sure we could've done a few more things to make life easier for us in regards to our wedding.

Yes, yes, yes. I was supposed to get married on Monday. On Sunday night, my EM called and said it was still a go, but it would be held in a convention center. I never cried so much in my life. As it was, all but 2 of my guests cancelled. I at least wanted my outdoor wedding. Well, later on that evening she called again and said they were cancelling everything on Monday and for us to pick another day. We held it Tuesday morning. It was a beautiful, sunny day. I was very happy. I'll post a trip report later.
