Any Way to Send a Comment about a CM

Who was absolutely amazing? The catch is... I have no idea who it was except that it was Mr. Incredible. I do know the date and time because of my MM pics. I just can't let go of how amazing and magical he was with my son.

I must have over 30 MM pics of this interaction between the two of them. I really would love for Disney to know how much I appreciate what he did. It was the highlight of our trip!

I think it's great that you would take time to let Disney know they have a "GEM". Generally, people will complain when unhappy about something but will not necessarily think to praise hard work.

I know you are asking after the trip, but we saw one of those great CMs and went to City hall. With the location and time, and said they could take of it.

Just to share what I saw....While DH and I were on the train and it paused for some reason, I looked down and saw Jessie and Woody greeting guests. One young boy was in a wheelchair and didn't have control of his head movements. Because of the angle of the sun, he would be looking at it. "Jessie" held her hand up the whole time trying to block the sun from the boy's face. When his head moved, her hand moved. I thought it was touching, that it wasn't a "take a picture and move on " moment. She was concerned for the child.

I noted the time and place and we continued on the train loop, back to the front of the park and went to city hall to tell them about her.

I know you're home now, and City Hall was mentioned, but you can go to any park's guest services and tell them about your magical moment with a CM. They have a card they will ask you to fill out and it goes to whoever the CM's manager is so they can share it with the CM before it is put in their permanent file for when they are evaluated! We learned about this after we had an incredible tour guide at Animal Kingdom while dealing with some very poor behavior from one of the other people on the tour. We also filled one out when we were at AK recently for the best Safari driver we ever had.
