Any way to get Sweetheart Night ticket?

I've never done an after hours event, so I considered it since there are two Sweetheart Night events during my upcoming trip. Unfortunately, they're both sold out. It's not a big deal since I wasn't 100% decided I would do it if available, but I am curious if this is the type of thing where people can sell/transfer tickets if they end up not being able to go. Is that a thing or is there no possible way to get a ticket once it's officially sold out through Disney?

Generally if they are sold out they are sold out. There is not really any way to get a ticket from a third party. The only way would be is if you had a friend or family member who was unable to go and they gave you the ticket.
