I won't have a car and we are hoping for rope drop so no time for big breakfasts. Would love to have some fresh fruit b/c I didn't see much around the parks. Is this possible?
I use Garden Grocer. You will need to order a mininum of $40.00 and there is a fee for delivery. You will save yourself a lot just by ordering bottled water.
They will deliver to your hotel, which bell services will store (including keeping things cold) if you aren't there.
There are many of us here on The DIS who use either gardengrocer.com or wegoshop for grocery delivery. I personally have only ever used gardengrocer, and can't speak highly enough of them. They do have a minimum cost for delivery, but I'm not sure what that is. I'm sure it's clear by going to the website. We have always had good quality produce delivered. (Also - just a heads up that you do not have to be in your room for delivery. They will deliver to bell service - bell service stores things appropriately (freezer, fridge, etc.) and then brings to your room when you ask them to.
Also, I do know that I have seen places in HS and MK that offer fresh fruit - usually good quality. Probably pricey, but they're there!
Those are just a few I remember off the top of my head. Although, WE prefer to grab some fruit, granola bars, etc from our resort on the way to RD. There is always fresh fruit and items that are very easy to eat on the go or while waiting for the bus.
This girl will shop for just about anything you want and deliver to your hotel. My hubby is happy he can get his beer. lol
Okay, I havent posted here enough to post a link, but if you search Facebook for Personal Disney Shopper you will find her. I think her name is Kelly.
We go shop is fabulous. We had very specific requests ( allergies) and she was incredible - got the exact brands I wanted and checked labels. For and extra $5, she went to two stores. Didn't want to spend twice as much for non allergy items like water at Whole foods when it was so much cheaper elsewhere. Turns out she Pre shopped and got whatever speciaty items she could at publix then went to whole foods.
When she got tot e hotel, she then unloaded everyone into our kitchen. Fabulous service.
