Any way to check if contract has gone to Disney?

Is there a way to check and see if our contract has been submitted to Disney for ROFR? We signed a contract on 2/14 for 120 points at SSR. It has some banked 2018 points, and it's a June UY contract, so I want to get the ball rolling. This is our first time purchasing. We have rented points several times, we are anxious to actually own . Thanks in advance!

Depending on the company you purchased through, some will email or call you and tell you when they sent it for ROFR. That’s what mine did. Usually they will give you a timeline of when things will happen. Congrats on your purchase!!

No way to check yourself. The representative from the company you are buying through should contact you tho

We are in the same boat. We went to FROR on Friday based on what the broker was insinuating. Now comes the long 30 day wait. Best of luck, we would be new owners as well. Darn that Disney bug lol.

At The Timeshare Store, Inc. a file goes to Disney to start ROFR as soon as we have the signed purchase/sales agreement from both buyer and seller. We then email both parties with the ROFR update.

Good luck to both of you with ROFR. It is really variable as to how long that takes. Our first contract took most of the month ( a really loooong month). The second passed in about 3 days.
Hope yours goes smoothly and quickly.
