Any way to cancel without penalty?

We currently have a concierge room booked on 9/30 3 night Wish sailing. Total price $4698 with $864 deposit paid for family of 4. We‘re no longer sure we want to do this cruise, but deposit is non-refundable. Does anyone know of any way to get around that? It looks like vaccination protocols could be used as a reason through May, but this is too far out.

Thanks!

Concierge deposits have always been non-refundable. That's made clear during the reservation process. Only exception I've ever heard of was during the current pandemic situation. Unless they extend that, I'll guess that your deposit will remain non-refundable.

With your cruise almost a year out, I doubt they will let you cancel without penalty now. You can try give covid as a reason when you are closer to your departure date. Rules and regulations can change a dozen times between now and sep 22.

Right now I don't see an option for you to cancel and receive a refund. However, you can push the date out without losing your deposit; just be sure to do so before the PIF date.

You cannot get a refund unless they cancel the cruise. You can transfer the deposit to another cruise, concierge or not, but it will remain non-refundable.
