Any water parks that allow teva/water shoes most rides?

My feet have been killing me and need custom insoles for plantar facsitis. This trip I was thinking of wear tevas, they have some arch support instead of wearing no shoes at the water parks. Is this allowed? Which rides am I allowed to go on with them? Any suggestions?

Has anyone had this issue and how did you deal with it? Which water parks worked the best for you?

You're allowed to wear them in both water parks. I can't recall which rides they will make you take them off and hold them, I want to say it's the bigger body slides, but not 100% sure...I don't wear them, I only go barefoot. However, I see people wearing them all the time, and they just hold them in their hands if they have to take them off.

went to water parks about 3 years ago and I believe I wore my Tevas on everything I rode with no issues. I don’t do the big body slides. I plan to do the same this summer (hopefully)

I used to always go barefoot at the waterparks, that was until one summer day I visited Aquatica when it hit 97-98 with no clouds,it felt like 115,the Aquatica wavepools have thermometers and they read 100-101 pretty much all day. That gets me to my story as around 11am the floor became lava, any spot that was not in shade or wet it was impossible to walk barefoot in it.I ended up having to buy sandals or have burn blisters on my feet.Since that day I always wear some kind of flip flops or watershoes, some rides make you take them off and hold them,no more issues with burning cement and one thing I guess I didn't worry about back then and do now which is walking into a bathroom barefeet, how I used to do that when I was young I have no clue??

Ugh. One thing I have never done is walk into a bathroom barefooted. Even in our Ohio waterpark where lava concrete isn’t a problem I have gotten my shoes for bathroom trips. Ahh the carefree innocence of youth!
