Any UK scrapbookers?

Hey peeps

My lovely DF is addicted to scrapbooking. We are already planning our Honeymoon scrapbook - can any give me any tips or hints on the best places to find stuff, either in the World or before we go?

there is an excellent store in orlando called jo-anns - they sell everthing, michel's also has some stuff. there aee some smaller outlets about as well and sometime you can pick up stuff at wal-marts

Although I have yet to start our 2007 (!!) scrapbook I have good intentions to do so at some point and I bought some WDW themed stuff in the big Disney store in Downtown Disney, I believe they have a scrapbook/crafty specific store too but we didn't spot it. As mentioned Michaels, JoAnns (ahh lovely lovely fabric, hehe.. I'm more of a sewing girl which is probably why the scrapbooking has been put on the back burner!), Walmart, Target all have stuff aswell as does eBay. I like to buy stuff from this little independent place near my mum's too (at Lady Heyes in Frodsham, Cheshire if anyone is local) It's a little pricier than online but sometimes it's nice to shop somewhere 'real' and support small/local businesses I think

Make sure you pick up the local Sunday paper (Sentinal?)as they had 40% off an item of your choice coupons for both Michaels and Joanns.

the big world of disney store does loads and there are places a short drive from disney, Joann and Michaels both big craft stores in america

Both walmart and target also sell some good things for scrapbooking, I got loads while out there

I also order from scrapbook sites & have it delivered to the hotel.

Mouse Memories for me too, they have a fantastic range of stuff and beautiful albums although we had trouble finding the place it was worth it in the end.

They gave us seperate receipts so everyone knew what they'd bought once we returned

I like Joanns and Michels too, especially when they have a sale. Ive often been able to get 5 pieces of 12x12 card/paper for $1 at Joanns.

Mouse Memories for me too, they have a fantastic range of stuff and beautiful albums although we had trouble finding the place it was worth it in the end.

I agree too, I love mouse memories, they definitely have the best range of Disney scrapbooking things and lots of Universal stuff too. In my opinion they have better things than you can buy at Disney itself.

We have bought loads of Disney scrapbook stuff but I still love the WDW packs that you can buy in the parks. In all the main stores at the parks and the resorts they sell the pack for that year. We were just there in February and the papers are all 2009 logoed with photo frames and stickers etc. $15 for the pack. Just so nice to have the 'real' Disney scrapbooking pages.
