Any trouble making the 8:15am meet for the Backstage Safari tour?

Hi all,
My husband and I are staying at the BCV and are concerned about getting to the AK for the Backstage Safari tour. We are supposed to get there by 8:15am. Does anyone know if busses are running that early from BCV or would we be better getting one from Epcot - I hear that is within walking distance. Thanks!

You'd have to walk through Epcot from BCV to get to where the buses are located and Epcot isn't open that early. I would check with the front desk at BCV. They arrange for buses for early PS's to restaurants, so I am sure they have plans for the safari.

There are regularly scheduled busses for the early morning character breakfasts around WDW.

The bus that goes to AK starts running at 7:00- 7:15.

See this LINK for further details. The person who wrote this is a bus driver so he knows all the correct information.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT drive to AK. They will hold you at the toll booth until 8:30 before they let you in. This happened to us when we took the backstage tour in May 2003.
