Is there anything different or special about these TS1 & 2 DVDs? We have the older two pack on DVD so I didnt know if it would be worth it to get the newer one? Is it better color, remastered, etc?

OK. Maybe I am missing it, but where is the TRUs coupons that you all keep referring to for both Toy Story's? I haven't seen them and definitely would like to prepurchase and pick up PATF.

That's what I wondered as well...especially since Amazon is showing a Special Edition DVD that is scheduled to be released on 5/11??

I have the original two pack DVD from the late 90s, and dont yet have a Blue Ray player.

We plan on getting them for the Blu Ray. $20 for both isn't bad. we have them both on DVD. We'll just sell the ones we have on ebay and hopefully get $15 for them which would make the new ones only $5 (plus with the movie cash they'll probably be free)

So is the $5 presell on TS1&TS2 a deposit towards the purchase of those movies or are you getting them for $5? Forgive me if that's a dumb ?, just trying to get the most bang for my buck .

The $5 each is basically a deposit. When you purchase them you will get $10 off your total (assuming you do it for both.)

Well, the coupon for Toy Story 1(USA) is up. $5 off blu-ray combo pack. Both coupons are up for Canada. $5 off Toy Story 1 and 2 combo packs. They expire on March 30th.

We just upgraded our TV and got a BluRay for our basement. DH told me he is not increasing our monthly budget so I can buy more Pixar BluRays! Ironically we put in PaTF a few minutes later and they showed Beauty and the Beast coming to BluRay- that is his favorite movie and was like "when is it coming out, go online RIGHT NOW to find out!" LOL Still haven't found a release date yet.

TS is one of my favorite all time movies! Of course I need to get the BluRay eventhough I have an old 1 & 2 combo pack! I am still kicking myself over not jumping on the Monster's Inc BluRay deal at Target back in Dec when Up! came out.

I'm not really sure what "coupon" you both are talking about... But if you presell TS 1 & 2 at TRU you get $15 off any Disney movie 19.99 or more. There isn't a coupon for that. You just go to the store and pick up the presell card, which is by the Disney movies, give it and Princess and the Frog Blu-ray combo pack to the cashier at checkout telling them that you want to presell TS 1 & 2 and use the $15 off toward your purchase of Princess and the Frog.

The only other coupon I know of for Princess and the Frog is the $10 off the blu ray combo pack which can be found at www.princessandthefrogcoupon.com You can also get the new coupons for TS 1 & 2 at the same time, and use them when you pick up your presells on March 23.
