We are looking forward to it. It is our anniversary on May 12, so we'll be celebrating at the zoo with the kids!

I haven't been recently enough to know about the polar bears and llamas, but I'll check them out.

I told DH the same thing about not wanting to touch the stingrays, but the website says their stingers have been removed. Still not sure I really want to touch them, but DH and the kids do!

I am soooo envious of you Torontonians with your great zoo! And now you've got stingrays... too cool!

Seriously, if you get to feed them, go for it! They come up and rustle over your hand, and grab the little fishy. You can pet them with the other hand... think wet velvety leather. After all, how often does a lady get her hand kissed these days????

We'll get to see the Calgary Zoo for the first time this summer. Maybe next year to Toronto, and the zoo will certainly be on my list of must-dos.

Awww, that's too bad. I called right at 9 am on registration day and was able to get 6:00 on the first day. It filled up super-fast and they were having problems with the system too. I was relieved to get what we wanted as we have a 90 minute drive home afterwards.
