Any tips or advice on getting a good price out of Sanford?

First time flying into Sanford, and of course it is on March Break! March 10th landing at 8 pm, and March 23rd flying out at 9::00 am. Not getting great prices as all right now. Sitting between the $400 and $500 point! If anyone has any tips or anything they are willing to share, I would love to hear them!

I see you're in Ontario. Alot of Canadians drive across the border to Niagara Falls NY and then take DirectAir out of Niagara Falls into Lakeland. We just booked that flight for March 3-8 and the fare was around $160 round trip direct flight. If you are too far North, it might not be worth the drive?

We actually booked flights on Thurs from Niagara Falls with Allegiant flying into Sanford! We got them for $69 each way! We usually fly from Buffalo, so we are a little closer! LOL Thanks for the tips!
