Any tips for first time at Boardwalk Inn?

We are planning for a trip in February. I've been to the Caribbean Beach (usually my favorite), Beach Club, and All-star resort. This will be our first time at Boardwalk Inn. Having stayed at the Beach Club before, I know about the convenience of Epcot being right there (it's a big reason why I chose this resort!) but wondering if anyone has any recommendations or tips about staying here. Like is it worth getting a room that faces the boardwalk or will it be too loud at night? Or how about the restaurants? Which ones can I use credits from the dining plan at and is it worth it? Any good place to pick up a quick bite for breakfast?

Kouzzina is amazing for breakfast and lunch. we just got back from yacht and tried Kouzzina for the 1st time and we loved it so much we ate breakfast and another dinner there during our trip

Thanks for your help Just booked today and super excited. I took the standard room, I am thinking it's not like we will be in the room very much.
