I got the Power Touch Learning System today at TRU marked down to $17.49. I looked it up online and it had an original price of $49.99 so I feel like I got a "deal", but I'm still not sure if I want to keep it or not. Does anyone have any experiences with this system they would like to share? The set comes with 2 books, but I wasn't sure if I should have a grabbed a couple more. Do you think this system will be out in 2-3 years?
Thanks

Nope- Its a "dead" system now... (then again it never was much to begin with...)

PowerTouch was Fisher Price's try to compete with Leap Pad and it failed. The system itself is okay but for the price it was- it wasn't worth it because it only ever had 6-10 books and they were pretty limited on the age range (I think it was 5-7) and all were reading based wheras you could get the leap pad system for basically the same price that had a much larger age (basically 5-12) and covered multiple subjects and always had a base of 20+ books

We (Walmart) clearanced ours out for under 17 bucks for the system and 7-9 for the books and even then they didnt sell well....
