Any thoughts on Incentives

Just wondering if anyone heard anything about new incentives? I heard the current incentives were expiring tomorrow. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

I haven't heard that the incentives expire tomorrow (I don't doubt you, but I just haven't heard), but you should be able to check DVCNews to find out the latest.

The incentives are ending tomorrow and have been documented from multiple notices from DVC (print and electronic). My guide didn't have any details, but said that the current price for GCV is the lowest it will ever be, and if you're interested in that property, do it before the 15th. That's all I've heard, anxious to see what's next!!

I believe DVC's fiscal year ends 9/30?? FWIW, we received really great incentives when we purchased an add-on on 9/30/07.
