Any thoughts if this might pass rofr?

We just recieved our contract for buying at VWl. It is for 150 points Dec. use year. 24 banked and 150 coming on 12/5. Do you think this is too full of points and Disney might exercise ROFR since it is at 79/point? We just got ROFR'd for a small 25 point so I am not getting my hopes up

NO the contract says they are included in the cost. Will this be taken into consideration buy WDW?

Are you paying anything else besides the $79 per point.

That's a great contract if that is your final cost, but I cant say that Disney won't pay attention, because this will most likely catch their eye. Check Becca's thread to compare what has been passing lately.
