I had an order arrive today and it reminded me about this thread. It sounds like everything may be working out. I really hate that she put you in this situation and that things were so mishandled. Hopefully she'll do what's right and ship the items directly to folks!

It looks like she used your funds to cover her own bills instead of placing your order immediately. Why else would she sit on the order?
