Any Suggestions: Running for stident council

I'm running for Treasurer of my Sophomore class for next year. Doesn anyone have any good campaigning ideas that you've (or your friends) used? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated... the election is next monday, and i make my speech on friday.

hey I ran for student council last year against a girl who had been secratary for 2 years. The whole week I gave out homemade necklaces and buttons with my name on it. And I also gave out candy. Everyone running had to make speeches too. For my speech though I did a rap explaining who I was and what I was running for and how I could make a difference. I was nervous at first but it let others see my fun side and everyone liked it. And for this last year I was the soph. class secratary. Have fun with it and you'll do fine.
