Any suggestions for coffee while staying at a Value Resort?

OMG I agree, whatever you do, bring a pot of some sort, the food court coffee, as mentioned is Nescafe! Horrible! I cannot believe that they still do this! I was miserable for a whole week last year. The only good coffee I found was at Tower of Terror at the cart, but it was a looonngg week! This is why we stayed offsite this time! It will be worth it whatever you spend to have your coffee, it is good you thought of it beforehand.

The only way that I can drink the coffee in the food court is to make my own mocha -- 1/2 coffee and 1/2 hot chocolate, plus lots of cream.

The coffee is ok but I do bring my own creamer because they don't have any flavored ones. We want to get out in the Florida sunshine as quickly as possible every day, so having it in the room just doesn't appeal. I really like the iced coffee at the small bookstore next to Sci Fi in DHS.

I bring a small one cup coffee maker. (Bought for about $20 @ Boscov's over five years ago.) It does not require filters and came with a scoop for measuring. I also bring a small coffee cup as my WDW refillable mug is too tall. About one and a half brews fill the WDW mug. I take it and my coffee and sweetener in my carry-on as I require coffee first thing in the morning.

I agree that it is "horrifying" that the values do not have coffee makers. If you compare the cost of a value with a hotel in a non-resort area, you'd get a coffee maker and maybe a fridge and Wi-Fi.
