Any Suggestions for Breakfast at US/IOA

We're staying at the HRH for 5 nights. I was just checking out the restaurant menus and found breakfast will cost around $40/day and that's including our 5 year old twins either sharing pancakes or getting cereal. Is there someplace on site where we could get something cheaper? I was trying to come up with some ideas for in-room breakfast, but without a microwave and a regular fridge, it seems like our choices would be limited. Any place really close to the hotels to get a cheap bite to eat? I don't mind paying $60 for dinner, but $40 for breakfast-ugh!!!

Go to the Crossant Moon Bakery at IOA or the Beverly Hills Bounglerie at USF for a great cinnamon bun roll. I think they coast $5. You can also fill up on the continental breakfast buffet at HRH for $7 a person.

We love having a quick breakfast at both Croissant Moon Bakery and Beverly Hills Boulangerie. Another idea would be Pastamore Marketplace Cafe they open around 8A for breakfast. (CityWalk)
Also you could grab a quick Green Eggs and Ham sandwich at of course Green Eggs and Ham cafe. I hate spending so much $ for breakfast too. We usually do a nice sit down breakfast once.

Green Eggs and Ham never seems to be open at breakfast time! Perhaps during the busier times it serves breakfast but during the off season it seems to only serve lunch and dinner.

Will you be driving or flying? If flying, how will you get to the hotel. When we've flown we've taken a town car and made a grocery stop. There we've stocked up on fruit, Nutrigrain type bars, muffins, milk, juice, etc. We either use a soft side cooler and keep filled with ice or rent a fridge (we bring our plug-in cooler when driving) to keep the milk and juice cold. We don't buy a lot of milk, but restock that during the trip. A lot of gift shops have a little grocery area where you can get milk, but I don't remember where at HRH. You could even buy little cereals thar have the bowl built in. My family is happy grabbing something quick for breakfast and we then eat an early lunch, early dinner, and have a snack before bed. I also bring fruit into the park since we teend to get the minchies early.

Bottom line was two meals a day. We would occasionally have a nice breakfast, but it seems that my kids wouldn't eat that much and it's expensive as you know.

I think there's also a Cinnabon's either in CityWalk or IOA and a Starbucks.

Do you have a Loew's card? Even without one, you might consider asking at check-in what an upgrade to club level would cost.

It'll propbably be more than $40 a day, but you may get lucky.
