any suggestions for best Ranchos location?

arriving mid June... 2 rooms... 4 adults...3kids age 1, 4,&5... short stay- 4 nites... not much time... all suggestions appreciated...

Last October we stayed in Ranchos 7B, which surrounds the quiet pool there. The night before we left, the pool was anything BUT quiet. Until midnight. Ranchos was OK, but I would definitely not stay near the "quiet" pool again.

We actually were assigned our requested room in the Cabanas section, but it wasn't going to be ready for several hours. Well, Mr. Impatient here couldn't wait that long. Big mistake. Cabanas would have been perfect, IMHO.

We loved CSR.

We were also in Ranchos 7B, but had a standard room, so we weren't on the pool side. It was very quiet and nice. We were really close to the bus stop, not far from el Centro, and close to the Dig Site.

I would suggest figuring out what is important to you. Would it be more convenient to be near the bus stop or parking? (With three little ones, I would assume so.) Would it be better to be near the main pool or quiet pool? Once you have figured this out, call the resort and ask them. I am sure they would be glad to help you.

we may be better off in another section of the hotel... want to make it as plesent for the family with us that have never done disney...
