Any such thing as EMM for AK?

They have it for MK and now DHS, figured maybe they do for AK too and I'm just not seeing it?

Always thought it was so dumb that they didn't do this, especially when they stopped offering breakfast at Satuli' Canteen. They'd sell it out no problem and the structure is all in place for breakfast.

Exactly my thought and with FOP/Navi its probably comparable to TSL @ DHS.

My main thought as to why not is because FoP takes so long.

Its a shame they can't separate out those that want to by-pass the "show" and just go on the ride. I know my family for one would be more than happy to skip that part.

Not that I’m advocating for more upcharge events, but agree. Seemed like a no brainer, especially once the pre-9am park openings and run of special EMHs trailed off.

Maybe they don’t want to deal with the throngs of regular guests that would need to be held until 8:45-9 vs how they handle them now. :confused3

I also think it's because FOP takes so darned long to get through it and NRJ is pretty but not that exciting. So everyone would be there for FOP and probably get in only 1-2 rides plus one on Navi. If they skipped the preshows it would go better, but i don't see them ever starting that... plus some people would be upset if they didn't get to experience them.

I wish they would but am surprised they haven't yet or it should be a night time magic in Pandora. With only 2 rides in that area it might be a tough sell, but could include dinner at Satuli. That ultimate night time adventure is pretty pricey and it doesn't include admission - So for my family of 5 with park admission i would be looking at over $1700 for 4 hours. I am sure it is a small group and is a good experience but they could target a lower price point and get more people with a Pandora after dark event similar to the morning magic

We did the AP Preview, and that was likely more than they would normally sell for EMM. TOTALLY doable. We only had a couple hours and we rode each ride multiple times and ate dinner, visited the shop then wandered all over the land. I think even if folks could only do the rides 2x each and eat, they would still pay for it.

I think if you run the numbers for a few hundred folks (some who were in that line), several times a week ...it could pay for lots of queue rope with leftovers. I would bet it would be a sell out no matter how many days they did it.

And most the offering is for rides not at all difficult to do in a normal day ... plus a show many have no interest in. I imagine it takes more manpower as well. EMM would be minimal extra manpower, much bigger numbers of participants and easy to implement since the land is fully contained and has what they need.
