Any Successes Using Expired Codes?

Hello All!

I just read in a recent thread about using expired codes. I currently find myself in a situation where an expired code could really come in handy. I just wondered if anyone has ever had any experience with this.

Not saying it doesn't happen, but once I called CRO and tried to reserve a room using a code that, at the time, had recently expired. The customer rep wouldn't let me use it, so I guess plan for the worst and hope for the best.
