Any sites have Points for Joining Connections?

Hi. I know one of the sites used to have a link to join Connections, teh place that has discount WDW passes and meal certificates, but i cannot locate it. Anyone know of a place which offers this? Thanks for any help.

Creations Rewards has it in their sign up portal. You get a $25 Amazon Gift Certificate and it`s $14.95 a month after the $1 30 day trial .

MileSource has it in the Jumbo Get section. You sign up for $1 and get 30 day trial membership, 601 award miles and $25 gift certificate. I signed up and declined the first offer and it came back with 2 gift certificates for $25, but my miles haven't been credited yet, and it's been just over a month.
