I hope those of you who had the pleasure of getting together in May had a wonderful time and made solid friendships. It's hard to believe that we have come so far in a few short months. The more people who discover our thread the deeper the pool of Disney-o-Philes becomes and the chances of finding a mate who shares the passion increases. Was there another meet last Fri or Sat (19 & 20)? Never had the chance to get to either BW or AC, was with my son and we spent a lot of park time. EE is super and if you go wait the few extra minutes for the front car!

SS is nice but BW remains my favorite. Much more convenient to two parks at least. Though we hadn't the chance to take advantage of it, it looks to be a nice walk from SS to PI.

SWW was also really neat, but some of the trivia questions were beyond me, and had to make an early exit!

such as?? (if you recall that is) I am or was a huge star wars fan, at least of the original 3 films, I heard some of the trivia was insane and pulled not just from the films but the countless books that have now been written (in which case I'd likely be lost)

I, for one... have been chatting with a pretty amazing disney man... I will let him reveal who he is if he'd like. Looking forward to meeting him in a month... a connection? Who knows but I do know I have a new friend for life

MP. the questions weren't that hard, the multiple choices were fairly easy, even though I was eliminated half way through. It got tougher in the next round, where they dispensed with multiple choice, and you had to write the answers down. The winning question was a visual clue, identifying the planet from the picture. I thought it was a picture of the sarlac pit on Tatoonine but it was the planet from episode 3 where Obi fights Grieveous, which I can't recall right now. But it begins with a Z, I think. At least my son knew it, but he was out by then also.

sadly no, the earliest I will get back to WDW is oct, and that is if I end up joining in the DVC, which I am currently trying to decide
